May be there are different thoughts...Actually I don't fully agree with you regarding Expectations being the root of all disappointments.it doesn't need to be and it is not!
most of times..u expect too much from someone whop doesnt really give a damn and u get let down and eventually u feel disappointed.. but sometimes expectations are the root to success even :) u'll figure out..
